Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation

SchulzeIn 2004, Best Buy founder, Richard Schulze, established the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation as a way to give back to the community where he grew up. The Foundation has worked continuously to positively impact its community by supporting programs dedicated to human and social services, education, health and entrepreneurship efforts.

The Foundation and its board of trustees understand the importance of non-medical support and the impact it can have on families as their children face the challenges of a critical illness. This has driven the Schulze Family Foundation to be an active partner in Make-A-Wish Minnesota’s efforts to grant the wish of every eligible child throughout Minnesota.

The Foundation’s generous support over the past 12 years has funded more than 40 wishes across the state. Additionally, the Foundation received the honor of becoming Make-A-Wish Minnesota’s largest contributor of a single gift, having recently donated $100,000.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to the Schulze Family Foundation for its on-going support and dedication to Minnesota wish kids and their families!
