Kids For Wish Kids®

Kids for Wish Kids

Kids For Wish Kids is a great opportunity for students to become involved in the mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Minnesota by raising funds to grant more wishes to Minnesota children with life-threatening medical conditions. As students plan and organize their fundraising activity, they also learn the importance of philanthropy and teamwork. Fun and easy ideas include car washes, hat day, bake sales, craft fairs, pancake breakfasts, talent shows, and penny (coin) wars.

Kids For Wish Kids program objectives:

  • Increase awareness among children and teens of the mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota.
  • Provide the opportunity for young people to become actively involved in fulfilling wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota.
  • Foster the value of community service by providing a fun and easy hands-on learning experience.
  • Create a sense of school spirit and teamwork as students work together for a common goal
