The Southeastern Minnesota Committee is a group of individuals made up of donors, community members, corporate partners, Wish Families and Wish volunteers. The committee acts as a guide for Make-A-Wish regarding outreach within Southeastern Minnesota, including advice and planning of events, introductions to potential partners for Make-A-Wish (individuals and corporations) and an overall awareness of Make-A-Wish in Southeastern Minnesota.
Everyone involved in fulfilling the wish of a child battling a life-threatening medical condition is touched by the magic of the experience. A wish come true is more than just a great experience for a day, two days, or a week; a wish come true creates a lasting impact not only on wish children, but also on their family which is why this volunteer committee supports Make-A-Wish.
The Committee meets once a month and assists with tasks and events in between meetings with the support of a full time staff person. Be a part of raising awareness and building relationships in Southeastern Minnesota!
